Your role an agricultural salesman:
- Sell agricultural products to existing and potential customers within an assigned territory.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Conduct visits to existing clients to strengthen relationships.
- Prospect for new customers within the assigned territory.
- Achieve sales targets set by the manager.
- Present and promote products and services.
- Participate in agricultural events to represent the company and its products.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the agricultural field.
- Knowledge of agriculture and its practices.
- Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and meet established sales goals.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Ability to serve a partially French and English clientele.
