Your role as an Senior HR consultant:
- Advise managers on the application of health, safety, working conditions, remuneration and politics standards
- Act as a contact person for employees and answer their human resources questions
- Participate in the development of policies, HR procedures and contribute to the establishment of human resources development and development programs and make recommendations
As the ideal candidate, you have:
- University training in human resources or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar position
- In-depth knowledge of applicable regulations: health and safety,remuneration, immigration, etc.
- Experience in immigration processes, an asset
- Knowledge of an electronic time management system (Synerion) and Employer D, an asset
- Excellent judgment and analytical skills
- Ability to manage complex situations and established deadlines
- Excellent to write and speak French language
- Ability to establish positive and collaborative relationships quickly
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in parallel
- In-depth knowledge of the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
