Your Role:
For internal customers:

Assist mechanics by quickly identifying the necessary parts for their repairs.

Manage work orders, ensuring that every parts request is correctly documented and followed up.

Help organize inventory to ensure the team always has what it needs.
For external customers:
-
Greet customers professionally and warmly, providing personalized service.

Advise and sell parts and equipment based on their specific needs.

Follow up on orders and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction.
You’re the right fit if you…
-
Have a DEP in inventory management, sales consulting, or equivalent experience.
-
Have experience in customer service, ideally in the agricultural sector.
-
Are highly organized and skilled at managing priorities.
-
Are comfortable with IT tools.

Can work independently while being a great team player.
-
Have knowledge of agricultural equipment and parts (an asset).

Are available to work an occasional Saturday morning and take part in our emergency service rotation.
