Your role as a parts clerk :
- Provide courteous and professional service to internal and external customers
- Welcome and advise clients according to their needs
- Offer and sell products and equipements that meet customer needs
- Invoice, order, make transfer requests and check inventory
- Do research and do computer and telephone follow-ups
- Keep a clean, organized and safe workplace (counter, warehouse and showroom)
- Work on a Saturday morning ponctually, in rotation with other team members
As an ideal candidate, you have :
- DEP in parts consulting and sales, in a related field or experience deemed equivalent
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Knowledge of agriculture, machinery, tractors and related products is an asset
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Good ability on computers
You are :
- cooperative, enthusiastic and helpful
- curious, organized and efficient
- Available to do a Saturday morning and an on-call shift for our emergency service (in rotation)
